QUESTION: I found the glasses of a Muslim who uses them for haram and took the earphones of someone who left prayer (he may pray now) who listens to music.I kept them because i didn’t know what to do now they bought new things.should i give things back and do i need to pay the things they bought new.the one with the glasses prevented me from learning about this.can i just take things a muslim uses for haram

ANSWER: If this is the actual price of the pencil and not exaggerated and you are buying it because you need it and not just to enter the draw, winning it is permissible and halal for you in Sha Allah.

QUESTION: A Muslim woman lives in a Non-Muslim country and in an islamophobic home. Can she make Hijrah, if she is able to do so? She is not married yet.

ANSWER: If there is danger on her Islam or she is unable to practice Islam, she must leave the house and live with other mahrams or friends where it is safe. Making hijrah alone would pose more danger on her than staying in her own country.

QUESTION: Sheikh sometimes i go with a friend in his car (non muslim, but i make dawah to him) and sometimes he puts music on his car, is it haram for me to be there as i didn’t want to put the music and i don’t want it? Should i hop off the vehicle?

QUESTION: In US the state where I live, I see lot of Muslim people do gas station business where they sell beer (alcoholic products), lottery, cigarettes and vaping products. My question, is this business halal? Also, some people own smoke shop and have dispensary where they say they sell medical grade marijuana or weed. Is this also halal business? Thanks
