ANSWER:

This is not permissible. Such clothes may cover the skin but not the bone structure and the body curves! An outer garment must be worn on top of that.

Can I say my prayer wearing traditional salwar kamij with large scarf,is there any problem if the clothes are colourful? Whats the difference betewen prayer hijab and the clothes for outside for women?
