ANSWER:

The reward for Ishraq is specifically for the people who pray in the masjid in congregation and then stay there until after 10 to 15 minutes after the sunrise and then they pray the 2 rakahs.  As a woman the best prayer for you is in the house and what you would pray at home is called duha. Have faith in Allah that He’s the most Merciful and expect the best reward from Him.  

Regarding the hadith that states : “Whoever prays Fajr in congregation then sits remembering Allaah until the sun rises, then prays two rak’ahs, will have a reward like that of Hajj and ‘Umrah, complete, complete, complete.” Can women get the same reward if she prays at home in congregation and sits until sunrise?

For ishraaq prayer. Is it obligatory for one to remain seated in the place one has prayed Fajr in. What if one moves to another spot in the mosque? Or if out of necessity such as people moving or cleaning one gets moved form the place.
