You can keep your hands on knees or on any place after salah.
Rubbing the face is an innovation.

You said raising hands after Salaah is a Bidaah (Innovation). But what if someone keeps his hands on knees while doing the zikr, but at the end he rubs his palms on face while saying Ameen. Is this also Bidaah (rubbing one’s hands on face)? Or is it permissible?
