I don’t recall saying that it is a bid’ah.

There is a hadeeth but it is not authentic. Some scholars like Imam Ahmed says that it is recommended to draw a line when there is no Sutra to pray to.

The Sunnah is to put an object that is about a foot high to pray to

When i go into the masjid for salaah, is it fard to say asalamualaikum? I know that it is good to say this but is it fard?

If Azaan’ is not recited in the mosque, can a mandatory prayer take place? I mean; can a mandatory prayer take place in the mosque, if Azaan is not recited in that mosque?
