Your prayer is correct but you should have offered two prostration of Saho (forgetfulness) after the salam and then offer and other salam after it.

Yestarday I was praying asur,and to the second rakah I offer one salam due to lack of concentration ,immediately I realize my mistake and I stood up and I continue my prayer.Is this wrong?
