Ya Sheikh.. My mum died some days back. Some scholars said I shall be reciting suratul Ikhlas and Suratul Mulk to her, so, is it authentic from Quran and Sunnah?, if NO which Dua will I be doing for her to en light her grave and forgiveness from Allah?

Is it permissible to raise money from the community to fund sadaqah jaariyah for a deceased person? My grandmother had passed away, some relatives are raising money from the community in order to build an Islamic centre. Is this permissible? Or should the money only come from the children of the deceased?

One of my relatives had some health problem, so he was operated and a small machine was inserted into his body permanently under the skin. My question is should that machine be removed from the body of the person upon his death before burial?
