This is not permissible as this is a form of mocking the rituals of islam and such a goal is a reoccurring event!

One does this if Muslims freed an occupied land or someone who was dying survives etc. 

Ya sheikh, can I perform sujud syukr if the football team that I supported scores crucial goal to secured win in last minutes? Is it permissible or is it prohibited to do so?
