It is not permissible for her to enter the masjid.

Ya Shaykh . one sister is getting married in the masjid Insha Allaah. During her wedding she is in her menstruation and the arrangement is restricted only to the Masjid . Is it allowed for her to enter the Masjid ? ( Shaykh it was said that Imam Ibn Hajar says that menstruating can enter the masjid : Is that authentic?)

There is a lecture given before the khutbah in our mosque…. Does the rulying of khutbah apply on that lecture as well.. For example to be on time there not to talk etc
