A Muslim woman must be covered from head to toe. She must wear the hijab and a loose fitting outer garment that conceals the entire shape and bone structure of her body. This is usually done by wearing an outer garment other than her normal clothes! If wearing the niqab is her conviction, she must abide by it as well.

Would a Muslimah be going against any Qur’an commandments and/or the Sunnah if she wears modest clothing that meets ALL hijab requirements in public but without an outer garment like the jilbab, abaya etc, taking care to cover her body and hair in loose-fitting non-attractive clothing in any form or style, depending on her country of origin.
