Using such things is blasphemous and kufr.

Using a knife to kill someone happens also with the will of Allah but it still doesn’t make it halal to murder others! 

Witches can create love potion, which is a potion that make the person fall in love with first person they see after potion be used, the effect can only happen by Allah’s will, is this correct?
