This hadeeth is regarding Jihad and relating it to Friday is the opinion of that companion may Allah be pleased with him but there isn’t anything from the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam to confirm this or from other companions.

will every one who walks to friday salat whose feet gets dusty, whose walking is accepted by Allah be rewarded with what the hadith mentions?

The Prophet (sallallahu `alayhi wa sallam) said “Teach your children swimming, archery and horse riding”. In another narration, he said, “Practice archery and horseback riding.” [Sahih Muslim]
