ANSWER:

This is a special gift to our prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam as his uncle defended him and did a lot of things for him.

His intercession is not to get him out of hell but to reduce some of the torment and this is only in Allah’s hands and Allah has approved it and hence no one can object or say anything after that.
