ANSWER:

It is the responsibility of the groom. However, sometimes the brides’ family wishes to invite more guests and would like to contribute. This is permissible.

Suppose during aqd nikah mahr is written as 200000 tk, but with the intention that 70000 is obligatory to pay (as husbands capacity is low) and the remaining are optional for the husband, its totally up to him will he pay it or not? Is this type of condition allowed?

Is it compulsory that nikkah should be done in mosque ? Or can the nikkah be in any other place or building?
