While we throw 3 handful of sand to grave when burying the dead. What is the authentic dua to recite ?

Scholars recommend throwing three handful of soil on the grave but I
don’t know any authentic hadeeth supporting it. As for the Duaa, you
only ask Allah for forgiveness for the deceased and that Allah make him
or her steadfast while being questioned.

We dont visit graveyards frequently. Is there any Dua’a in Arabic which we can recite in which we can pray fr all the dead Muslims world over, whether we are at home or we go to graveyards?
