ANSWER:

The sunnah is not to move until the imam has reached his destination. 

While praying behind the Imam do I have to go to Ruku or Sujood as soon as I listen to ‘Allah’ or do I have to wait to listen ‘Allahu Akbar’ fully then move myself for Ruku or Sujood?
