It is not permissible to shave or cut your hair as the Tawaf is for Qudoom and the Sa’ee is of Hajj. This is not Umrah and you can’t either shave or cut your hair.

While in the state of Hajj Qiran,should one shave the head after doing Saee for Tawaf Al Qadoom and again after doing Tawaf Al Ifadah or he can have his head shaved only once ?
