ANSWER:

It’s not permissible to touch your arms on the ground while making sujood, Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam forbade this. 

The prayer of a woman is exactly like that of men, there’s no difference. 

While in Sujood, should a woman remain close to ground(her arms touching the ground) or should she lift them above the ground? I am confused about it
