ANSWER:

You should hope that He has forgiven you while fearing that He has not therefore, you should repent for it every time you remember it.

While doing tawbah with remorse and regret to Allah s.w.t. should we be sure that Allah s.w.t forgave our sins and move on while never mentioning it and forgetting it or should we constantly reminded it and plead to Allah s.w.t.
