When we commit a sin we realise and pray 2 rakahs of salatul tauba to ask for forgiveness for that particular sin..but what about the sins we commited before..i know i have commited some major sins n i want Allah to forgive them. Is there any particular way or any namaz so that we can ask Allah for forgiveness for all the sins committed before?

You can pray salatul tawbah for the past sins as well, you should pray one prayer for one particular sin though.
