After a person dies, he has no money as it all goes to those inheriting him except for the will if he had left one.

Whatever a person gives for charity from his own money, this will benefit the deceased.

When to do charity (give money etc) on behalf of a dead relative? Does this only count if its done with that dead person’s money left behind or can you use your own money and say its for the dead person?
