ANSWER:

This is baseless and superstitious. Believing in such omens is a form of shirk. There is no power or might except with Allah.  

When starting to do something if something goes wrong does this mean it’s a sign that the whole task might go wrong?for example if I’m going on a journey and just when we put the vehicle to the road an accident nearly happens.so does this mean our journey will be unsafe?is this kufr/shirk? If so am I accountable because I believed this out of ignorance?
