ANSWER:

This was wrong as lifting your head ends your prostration. Going back to it means that you had added a 3rd prostration instead of offering only 2. 

You should have offered 2 prostrations of forgetfulness at the end of the prayer.

Sujood As Sahu (Prostrations of Forgetfulness)

When I was praying salah and I was in prostration I was saying Subhaana rabbiyal a-laa, and then I got my head up slightly to rise from sujood. But, because I didn’t read the last part properly I quickly put my head down again in sujood and said the last part again, without moving my body too much. Is my prayer valid?
