ANSWER:

If you can pray the second congregation in the masjid near your home and you can find other worshipers to pray it with them, this is best.  

When i reach home from university i miss the zuhr jama’a by a some minutes EVERYDAY,if i pray near my university i can get the jama’a.The masjid near my university is of the deobandis or jamat islami & i have seen the book fazail a’amal over there & the way they pray declares it.I dont know about the aqeedah of the imam by person. Should i pray behind him?coz this happens EVERYDAY.
