When i come out of my house i always say( besmelahe tawakalto alallah la howla wala qowata elah belah) but sometimes i for get it can i repeat it later when i remember it?

Sheikh, in your notes section you’ve explained which azkar should be recited morning and evening.The Prophet saw used to recite the last two verses of al-baqarah in the evening before retiring to bed, so where you’ve mentioned to recite ayatul kursi, and the last 3 quls x 3 each, could I also recite the last 2 ayahs of al-baqarah there also in the evening as well as the morning?
