ANSWER:

It does not have to be cooked. If these charity organizations are trustworthy, giving to them is permissible, in Sha Allah as long as they will give it to 10 poor Muslims. 

Also, it does not have to be all in one go. You can separate them.

When choosing to expiation of breaking an oath; If feeding 10 people, does it have to be cooked? i.e. donating food aid online carity to the poor if clothing, cant it be given online donation? Does it have to be in one go? or separate? i.e feed 2 person each month in the next 5 months is this possible?
