ANSWER:

Have the best hope in Allah as Allah is as His servant thinks of Him.

Make a lot of dua for him besides sincerely repenting to Allah. 

When a person was undutiful to his father out of complete ignorance, how can she be forgiven by Allah now that she had repented and turned back to Allah? Her father had passed away so there is no way to ask for his forgiveness. How can she be dutiful to him while he’s dead? Will Allah punish her for the sins she committed out of ignorance?
