I had performed istikhara and now the things between me and my husband are not well.What is exactly the role of istikhara in our life’s ?Istikhara is seeking Allah’s choice in a particular issue. If things worked out well, this means that the marriage is a good thing for both the man and wife. If things later on came to be bad between them, this is due to their own fault and not that the marriage was bad. Otherwise, we would all do istkhara before going to university and before accepting a job etc and demand that nothing wrong happens.
