This is absolutely prohibited as he’s a non mahram to you and you must be in complete hijab in front of him and never chit-chat or be casual with him let alone hug him! 

What is the ruling on hugging your paternal anti’s husband in a decent way ? Does Islam allow this if the uncle is about 65 regarding his age ? I am taking about the husband of my father’s sister !
