Someone told me that presence of small hairs that were cut from beard and then got into the oily sticky skin of head by comb etc, prevent wudu and ghusl if not removed. He said that since it is impermissible to cut the beard, therefore, those hairs of beard becoming an obstacle to water will not be excused. Please clarify this matter.
