ANSWER:

All of these belongings now must be divided among his heirs according to the sharia. No one can gift it as they want, without prior approval of all the heirs. 

What is done with the personal belongings of the deceased e.g.clothes, watch,decoration,books? Does it now collectively belong to all the heirs? If so does that mean one heir cannot take it or gift it without the permission of others?
