Ishraq is a form of Duha prayer but it has more conditions and reward than Duha. It has to be prayed in the masjid by someone who prayed Fajr in the masjid and then remained in the masjid making thikr until 15 minutes after sunrise and then prayed these two rak’ah. Allah will reward him as if he performed hajj and umrah.

When I enter masjid and peform Sunnah prayer like Tahiyyat al masjid, the Iqama for the Fard salah is made as I am still praying or in last rakah. Should I continue to finish my Sunnah prayer or should I end my Sunnah and join the congregation Fard salah?
