ANSWER:

Your cousin is a non-mahram to you and you are not obliged to keep ties with him due to the fact that he is a non-mahram to you. Your father and brothers, however, must uphold ties of kinship with him regardless of this while anticipating their reward with Allah alone. They should also take him to court through the police if they have evidences proving that he owes them money! 

We have sold a machine to my cousin ……..$ and it has been …..yrs now he is not willing to pay, when we ask for the cash he don’t respond anything than I don’t have money n ur Mashine is already spoiled. We beg for our Haq but he don’t care can we cut ties with him and remain with the relationship of Salaam Salaam only? Bcoz I can’t even stand talking to him and even asking for that cash anymore.
