Some scholars said this but others said that it can be recited in the daytime of Friday and not the night of Friday!

Ustad, the week of the days begin after the magrib of the previous day. For eg. friday starts on after Thursday’s magrib and hence we can read surah al Kahf after Thursday magrib.

If some one wants dua to be answered -let’s say to get married ,get a good job or have kids and the like -can one make niyyah to Allah that i will fast a a couple of days or make some amount of nawafil prayers or give sadaqah and the like if my certain dua gets answered.
