ANSWER:

If these are just random natural sounds without intending it to be used as music then no problem in this. 

As for messages notification, you can choose normal natural sounds, like birds chirping etc.

Today even in islamic videos we see various sound effects like clicking,taking photo,ping,cring etc. Also sound effect used in messenger ( when a message comes). Are these sound effects halal?
