Nobody reads the whole terms and conditions.

No problem in clicking agree as they do this for legal reasons and to avoid any suing. If you are doubtful or don’t like this, simply don’t use their products! 

 

To use google we have to agree some terms and conditions.one of its term is that,if any dispute arise between we and them,then the dispute will be solved by the law of california.now is it permissible to agree this term as we know that the law of california is not islamic

I was buying groceries and the cashier was a person I know. So when I was ready to pay, the person scanned just one article and gave me the rest for ‘‘free“. I showed him this is wrong but his boss was near and he didn‘t want to Scan them, so I took the products. Because I didn‘t want him to lose his job I didn‘t visit his boss.
