ANSWER:

There’s no problem in changing the place as long as you remain in the masjid. 

To attain complete reward of the Ishraq prayer, is it compulsory to sit in the same place where one has offered congregational Fajr prayer or remaining in the same Masjid (i.e changing place with in the premisis of the Masjid), remembering Allah Almighty and then offering 2 Rakat is enough?
