Engage yourself in dhikr, reading  the Noble Quran and don’t pay any attention to these thoughts!

Also ask Allah’s protection and help as He is the One in control of everything!

Time to time I get this bad thoughts in my mind which make me utter word, how to stop this thoughts?

My question is if i came to know that any muslim has commited a sin which nullifies islam and then i am telling him to say shahada again if he has not said.So does that mean that mean i am declaring takfeer on him?

Please advise a sister who is very depressed because she upsets her mother in periodic and strong arguments. She is experiencing a number of trials which become difficult at times so ends up in these situations unfortunately. She apologised, made taubah,given charity for her mum etc but feels this is not enough, cannot forgive herself and punishes herself.
