Though the issue is a disputed on, this is not correct as they are following scholars they trust and it is Allah who will question them on the Day of Judgment.

Those who follow a particular opinion they cannot force others or try to convince others to follow his/her particular opinion since that issue is a controversy.

If one gives da’wah and seeks knowledge and his intention is for the sake of Allah, but he seeks also fame and respect from others while doing so. Is this permissible or not? or is this makrooh?
