ANSWER:

Zakat must be given to a poor or needy Muslim in the form of cash. If he is classified as such, you can give him from your zakat providing these loans are not interest based loans.

This is the first time I am going to give zakah on my jewels as it’s been a year since I got married.. I know that its allowed to give zakah to my husband if he’s in need.. But I feel little bad to give him because it maybe considered that he is PO.. anyways the zakah amount is to clear his loans..should he be my first priority in giving the zakah or what shall I do?
