ANSWER:

You must warn people against him if his corrupt aqeedah is well known, without calling him names as this is not your duty. Only scholars can call him as such after ensuring that the conditions are fulfilled.

There is a scholar in my country, he says that Asking wasila is permissible, Prophet had knowledge of Ghaib, …. And misguides people, can I call him mushrik as he has believes that leads to shirk, can I call him mushrik to make people aware?
