You have to follow the method and sunnah of the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam.

Educate the masses on tawheed and on following the Quran and sunnah and once they change, the rulers will change! This is what Allah has ordered us to do; to spread Islam and the correct aqeedah.

How does one become a scholar? Do you study at an Islamic institute and thats it? Or can you study privately under scholars and how can you do that? How long does it take to become one and how long then does it take to become a Mufti?

What is your opinion on the scholar called salih al maghamsi the scholar of masjidul quba.I heard that him saying that it is permissible to trim the beard less than one fist.
