No, that sound of the stomach does not nullify wudu, and you should only leave the salah once you are sure that wind has been passed.

sometimes one experiences stomach upsets during Salah and it causes audible sound even though one is sure that no gas escaped, does the stomach sound nullify wudhu? What if u hear the stomach sound but ur not sure whether gas escaped or not do u continue payer or cut short & repeat wudhu?
