ANSWER:

If this note is no longer in circulation and it is a collector’s item, this is permissible. But if it is still useable and you can buy things with it, you can’t take one rupee more for it. 

Someone is giving me 550Rupees for my 500rs indian note for there is something special in that note like numbers or anything else is it permissible for me to sell that 500Rupees note for 550/- is it riba?
