You have to finish the Fatiha and try to recite it a bit faster even if you delay going to the Ruku position a bit. If this happens in every Rak’ah, there is something wrong either in your Imam or in your own recitation.

Some time in sallat the jamma i want to ask that the imam is fast and iam unable to read the surah fathia is it okay or i have to repat the saalah jazzak allah khair
