ANSWER:

The prayer of such an imam is invalid if he doesn’t sit properly! Either you are too slow or he is too fast! If it is the later, pray somewhere else as his prayer is not valid due to the lack of tranquility and calmness in this pillar between sujoods. 

Some scholar like in mazhab hanafi said that tuma’ninah is not wajib or is not rukun. So can people from other mazhab pray behind imam that does not do tuma’ninah?
