Some people say there is a hadith which says “looking at the face of Ali Ibn Talib RA is a worship.: is this true? Please let us know so that i remove people’s misconception.

I heard a hadith that someone who looks after a poor person or widow is like a mujahid or someone who prays all night and fasts all day. If this is authentic does it apply to the man who marries a widow and takes care of her as his wife?

The hadith about the salamanders(house lizards) goes like when prophet ibrahim (pbuh) was thrown into the fire by his people then every animals made by allah (SWT) tried their best to wipe off the fire but the salamander did the opposite of it,it blowed air into the fire to fuel it up that is why we muslims are suppose to kill salamanders but lizards doesn’t have a free will except humans and jin?
