You should try to pray in another masjid that follows the Sunnah. If this is not possible, you should pray with them.

Some masjid in my area perform salatul Fajr very close to sun rise. The hadith they follow is authentic? which time is recommended to follow?

I think , well im almost sure , that i have crossed someone when he was praying in the mosque , i heard its a great sin to do so , but if someone does so , will his prayers not be accepted or what ?i think that i heard that , one’s prayer would not be accepted or valid until forty people cross when i pray or something like that , im not sure .. ? can you explain ?
