The prayers of the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam was described to us by the companions who saw him. they told us that we should put our hands over the chest and to raise the hands when bowing and raising our heads from the bowing position.

If you do this, you are rewarded. If you don’t, your prayer is correct but less in reward.

Some brothers are telling me to hold my hand on the chest and some telling to hold it below the chest. other tells me to rise my hands before going to ruku and after the ruku. they are telling me it is all in hadith but i dont speak arabic.
