Fasting 60 days as expiation is for having intercourse during the daytime of Ramadan.

For masturbation, you must sincerely repent to Allah while showing deep remorse and make up only that day.

So i masturbated once in my Ramadhan and to repay it you must fast 60 days. The question is, i am able to do fastings but can i just feed 60 poor people?
